2 eggs

Beat eggs with a pinch of salt. Add flour until the dough does not stick to your hands when kneading. Cover the dough with a napkin or place in a bag and hold for 20-30 minutes.
Open a piece of dough and roll out a thin sausage by hand. Cut the resulting sausages into small pieces. Carefully place the cut dough pieces in the heated oil in small portions and bake until yellowing. Pull out the roasted pieces and place on a paper napkin to absorb the fat.
In a saucepan, mix honey with sugar. On a slow heat, bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, until the sugar is finally dissolved.
Place the prepared dough pieces in a deep bowl, fill with hot honey syrup and stir immediately with a wooden spatula.
Moisten your hands in cold water, translate the chak-chak into a plate and hand shape the desired shape. You can decorate the top of a chak-chak with nuts, raisins, dried fruits.
